Founder, Stephanie M. Todd
Stephanie is a Community Creator and a CX Futurist. She works as a Strategic Advisor on behalf of her clients. Rooted from the customer perspective, she provides creative ideas, diagnoses issues and recommends changes for the business to drive profitability.
Stephanie has led some of the world’s largest organizations through strategic customer experience and digital transformations. Delivering innovation and growth. She has also worked with bootstrapped startups from ideation to IPO - some brands you know and love that were unknown when Stephanie started working with the startups.
