Stephanie Todd, Founder and CEO

Stephanie is a Community Creator and a CX Futurist. She works as a Strategic Advisor on behalf of her clients. Rooted from the customer perspective, she works with leaders to transform their entire business by driving customer focus across the business.


Stephanie has led some of the world’s largest organizations through strategic customer experience and digital transformations. Delivering innovation and growth. She has notably driven transformation for clients such as: UnitedHealth Group, Logitech, Marriott, FanDuel, Saks 5TH Avenue, Uber, DoorDash, Expedia, Chime, Netflix, and ADP.


Stephanie founded SoulCX to work with clients to get to the root cause of business challenges and create experiences based on the outcomes they want for their customers. Purely focused on what’s best for their business by working as an extension of the business but with a fresh set of eyes and unique approach at connecting the dots leveraging data.
